I have 90 percentile and 27000 OBC rank. Can I get civil or mechanical in any NIT? I am from Haryana.

Since you are from a reserved category with 80+ percentile you can easily get any good NIT'S like, Goa, hamirpur, NIT trichy etc. Whether old NIT'S or new NIT'S with your preference of branch being core (civil or mechanical ), you can definitely get admission in any course.
