I have 91% in 10th, 87% in 12th and 58% in B.E. Does my score in B.E affects my admission?

Overall evaluation has a component of undergraduate marks but if you score well in XAT, then your score in BE would not have too much of an effect on your admission.

Thanks for your reply. I am worried even if I make into top colleges, will my score affect my placements because I'll be investing so much on that and I want to pursue that in operations and marketing. Any suggestions?
