I have 92.36% in 10th, 82.92% in 12th Science and 70.5% in BBA. Now I am doing company secretary course. What are my chances for XLRI HR?

    You have a chance to get in, but do good in XAT entrance and GDPI. So start preparing for XAT, self practice and
    do take mock tests frequently. Good luck!
