I have 92% in 12th board exams and 64 %ile in JEE Mains. Can I get a seat for B.Tech CSE?

You will not able to get top branches like CSE, IT in top NITs, IIITs. Also, keep in mind that getting a seat will depend on varies factors such as number of students applied for the same branch, performance of the students, category of the students, home state etc.
