One should never make decisions based on what is best out there, obviously it matters but not at the first stage of your decision making. You should first decide what actually interests you. If you are great in programming or you think you can do wonders by learning more and more in programming and willing to create something of yours through software rather than thinking about which company will hire me, think about how you can make yourself valuable enough that things happen for you.
