I have 95/66.2/73 as academics. I had scored only 33 in maths. Later, I again scored 95 in maths during graduation.
What is the minimum percentile required?

If you have interest in Maths, then go for any Maths course.
But, if you don't have interest, then go for any specialized course which suits you best.
