I have 95% in 10th, 81% in 12th and 7.3 aggregate CGPA. What percentile should I score to ensure admission to IIM-A and other top ones?

I have a B.Tech background and I am a male so I won't get marks for gender diversity and no work experience. What should I have in my CV? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
