    The chances are very less. You may not get preferred branch. Work hard and improve your marks in next Mains exam. All the best.

    You have very less chances for NIT's and GFTIs. It is better to take some other entrance exams like UPSEE SRMJEEE VITEEE MET LPU NEST etc.
