I have 95% in PCM can I get computer engineering in TIET (general outside Punjab). .

    Considering your PCM percentage chances are high but you need to attend counselling for getting your preferred choice. CSE is the most preferred branch at Thapar and so the cutoffs are high. Please visit here: http://www.thapar.edu/admissions/pages/eligibility for more details.
