Admission in IITs depends upon your performance in JEE Advance for which you need to qualify JEE mains. With such percentile, it's improbable that you will quit. I will suggest you to give re-exam of JEE in the month of April.

The admission in IITs is based on JEE Advanced ranks, Which will be conducted after JEE Mains April-2019. The top 150000 students of JEE Mains will participate in JEE Advanced. Hence you have to improve your JEE Mains percentile because on the basis of the present score, you will not be able to qualify for JEE Advanced.
