I have 99.03 percentile in JEE Mains 2022. Kindly suggest the premier institutes in which I can get CSE.

99.03 is pretty good percentile to get any good college. As, far as my knowledge you can predict the colleges by the JEE Main rank finder but for your reference you can get a pretty good NIT' s and maybe some of the IIT's as well for CSE. Hope your query is resolved.
