I have a 3-year gap in Diploma and 1-year gap in engineering with low GPA. Am I eligible for MS in USA? Should I drop the plan?

I will complete my final year in 2020-2021 and I will be appearing in GRE and TOEFL in my drop period that will be near may 2020.

No, instead of dropping plan, find the colleges in which you fulfill all the requirements necessary for taking admission. All the best.
