i came to know from somewhere that supreme court of india has stopped institutions to provide technical education through distance mode is this true that no institute can provide technical edu through distance mode

You can take admission through lateral entry directly in 2nd year B.tech. through any private engineering college. Generally, they they don't insist on attending regular classes and you will have to be in college during semester examinations only. This way, while you are working, you can pursue grad
