I have a back in last semester in 1 subject. I took admission in MBA. Will I be allowed to give MBA exams if I provide my degree later?

I took admission in Alliance University and have mid-term in September but the review exam is also scheduled in September. I can not provide the certificate within this month. What should I do now?
