    Yes, you can apply for MBA through PGCET even though you have a backlog in your last semester. There was one student in my college who was having a backlog in one subject. College wants you to pass your graduation for you to do an MBA. He was given time to submit his documents. He gave exams in December and passed them and collected his degree and submitted it to our college.
