Hi Kritika! Congrats for getting selected for GD/PI. The common question, which they ask is why you would like to join IIFM. At the same time, you can expect questions related to your education background. They may also ask you questions regarding your hobbies, which you have mentioned in your CV. For essay, they give generalized questions. They give topics for writing in which you can write about your own views.
