    Hi,
I really cannot say which is better, but as a student of Delhi Business School, I can tell you that DBS has been ranked as one of finest business schools in Delhi. I am currently pursuing a dual degree in Marketing and Finance and I have to say that I have had a very good learning experience so far.
If there is anything else that you would like to know, you can either log into their official website, http://www.dbs.edu.in/, or ask here.
    Regards,
    Anjali Sharma.

Amongst the two that you have mentioned Delhi Business School is miles ahead if IIPM in all aspects. So my suggestion is forget IIPM and choose DBS.

IMO, DBS is better as IIPM has lost much of its reputation in the past.
