No, you do not meet eligibility criteria in terms of CAT.

Dear Supriya, to be honest, you didn't score well in CAT but don't worry it is the part of life for sure you will not get admission through merit in top B-School of India. For management quota, you have to pay almost double fees so if you can afford then go for it or prepare well and try next time.
