I have a CGPA of 6.4 in B.Sc. IT & my 10th &12th scores are 82% & 80%. Will I get a placement if I do MCA?

It Is difficult to predict your placement opportunities solely based on your academic scores. However, having a good academic record can increase your chances of getting a job. Your class 10th and class 12th scores are also decent, which is a positive sign. If you pursue MCA you can expect placement
