It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your MS from Australia. Do not worry too much about universities with low fees. Firstly aim should be securing admission. Admissions to MS abroad are not fully dependent on the marks obtained in qualifying exam but there are many nuances to the process. In view of this I would like to advise you that please approach an agency sending students to Australia for MS. They would be knowing how to take care of these nuances.
