i have a decent score in CMAT i.e. 77.35 and will be appearing for MAT and will surely score 80 above. Is am eligible?

Definitely you are eligible. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to the entrance scores and the rest depends upon how you perform in your GD/PI. To prepare for your GD/PI, be well versed with the present political and business environment of India. All the best. -
As Per admission process only 30% weight-age in given to these score rest 70% will be given to GD & PI round. Yes you are eligible but you have to work hard for GD & PI round. ALL THE BEST.
