MBA in Marketing and HR both are the best specialisation a good student can choose. I would suggest you to do MBA dual specialisation in HR and Marketing. If you want to do it from distance do it from IGNOU or any certified central government university for distance education.

MBA regular is more valued compared to distance. If your working then distance is the best option.
