I have a doubt that I wanted to study automobile engineering but I confused that I should take mechanical or automobile engineering

If you are very sure about automotive engineering, then go for that only. But in case you have any doubt, I suggest you take mechanical. A mechanical engineer can go into automotive and other industries but an automotive engineer cannot go into other industries.
