I have a experience in IT healthcare KPO for 2 years. I'm planning for MBA in coming year. Now I have a offers from fmcg like dmart.

And other super markets as a floor manager or store manager. Does this type of experience add as a benefits to my resume? I want to pursue ops and supply chain management. What are top colleges? According to my experience and how much should I secure in CAT?

    If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. Also, profiles like Store/floor Manager will help you explore more on your inclination towards Operations and Supply Chain Management. This will be very helpful and would give you a more clear understanding when you pursue your MBA.     It is good to have 2 years of experience in KPO. However, since you are planning for an MBA in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, I would suggest you have some relevant work experience in the same field. Though there is nothing wrong in IT experience, still relevancy is important. Coming onto your college selection, you can choose the college like IIFT-Delhi (requirement GMAT or IIFT Entrance), MDI Gurgaon (CAT), and Great Lakes College (CAT or GMAT).
