I have a five year gap between my h.sc. and graduation.How does it make a difference in my ongoing employement career .Any suggestions

I am completed my hsc from maths and at present pursuing bca i.e. in last sem. I am looking for mca .At present i am 25 years old.should I proceed or go for a job

if you are having valid reason for the drop like medical reason or financial position or something else, it should not make any difference to your career as a whole.
