I have a four-year gap between my Diploma and degree, will I be eligible for IT companies?

I think, you will not be eligible for some IT companies because when you give resume in front of the company then employment might get your resume rejected in case you don't mention the reason for this break in employment. Hence, you must honestly mention the reason in your resume.
