I have a gap of 3 years from 12 to graduation. what difficulties will i face in my career due to this gap ?

I did 12th from ISC borad PCB stream in 2007 and now doing graduation BSC life science from IGNOU which i applied this year only.

Dear Jessica, you have posted 3 questions but not clear in any one. Please provide graduation detail and also your target industry for the job then only I can answer. For example, in software industry, more than 1 year gap is not acceptable by most. Where as in govt sector, gap in studies is not an
