I have a gap of 4-years after 12th (2014) and am pursuing Diploma in civil now, what should I do after it? Can you please guide?

First of all, you need to complete your Diploma.You will get a lot of job opportunities after the completion. Civil Diploma is highly demanded in Railway, PWD and CPWD. After the completion of Diploma, you can seek opportunities in abroad as well.
