I have a low CGPA and around 20 backlogs and I was supposed to complete my 3-year undergrad in 5 years. How do I get Italy student visa?

Backlogs are accepted. If you are applying to public universities, you should submit 45 to 50 days before the deadline. When you want to apply to private universities, you need to submit 15 days in advance.
