I have a pwd certificate from the state government, it is enough for jossa counselling?

Hi Purandhar,
Yes, it is sufficient for verification at the time of counselling. It should contain all the details of yours and it must be forwarded by a recognized doctor mentioning all your disabilities in details. Best of luck.
