Training is the most essential and important aspect for the creation of a skilled professional in the field of animation. For getting a better job prospect, one should have a degree or diploma in animation.

If u r really interested in animation and Multimedia, then Ur BCA is not of any use as these two are completely different. so think twice over it. However, Film and Television Institute of India, Law College Road, Pune - 411 004, (Maharashtra) INDIA is the best instituite for the same. -

Making a comparison and advising a single institute name would be quite difficult, in fact unfair. It is better that you carry out a smal research over the institutes available near your location based on certain parameters defining your definition of a preferred institute.
