I have a question regarding my JEE counselling.

BIT Mesra is a very good college for engineering but if you are not satisfied with your college then definitely you can attend CSAB counseling. The basic difference is that once JoSAA completes its process of admissions for the Indian Institute of Technologies, National Institute of Technologies and other colleges, the Central Seat Allocation Board CSAB conducts some special rounds (generally 2 rounds) to fill up the vacant seats of National Institute of Technologies, Indian Institutes of Information Technology, and other colleges (not IITs). However, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning branch are very demanding nowadays. Because of the advancement of data technology, machine learning, and robotics. As we SEE everywhere, industries that are already using artificial intelligence and machine learning predominantly include the healthcare system, education system, marketing, retail and commerce companies, and financial services. If you want high pay and more benefits while doing work that transforms the world, a career in artificial intelligence and machine learning is for you. On average, computer Science engineers earn more salaries in comparison to other engineering branch students. I hope this will help you.

Chances of getting colleges through CSAB are high. So participate in CSAB counselling rounds. BIT Mesra can be kept as second option.
