There is no professional background as such, but there is a college cricket team which has just started to participate in different events held by other colleges.
But regarding the career, there is nothing related to sports which can help you in future.

No, this institute doesn't have anything related to sports. We have specialization in HR, finance, operations, and marketing. If you're interested in sports I would suggest you check out Ironwood institute, Lower Parel. They have sports management and offer good internships abroad as well as in India. All the best!!

No, as of now there is no course curriculum related to sports in TIMSR. It has specialization in finance, marketing, operations and human resources for both PGDM and MMS.
