No, you will not get IIT's with the rank of 33460 in JEE Mains but you can definitely get admission in best colleges in your city as well as the state. Best of luck for your future and if any query feel free to ask. -
Maybe not but you should definitely try for IISER or NIT's, they are as valuable as IIT's.
