i have a very poor knowledge on english n no fluency at all...im doing my dentistry in osmania and wan to go abroad....wat should i do???
tell me the courses and exams i have to go through to get there?

Karuna, if you want to go abroad, you can appear for an IELTS Academic exam to get into further studies. IELTS has 4 test
1. Reading
2. Writing
3. Listening
4. Speaking.
If you insist for going in immigration ways or for employment. you may consider IELTS. Canada has started up with Canadian Lang
