I have a work experience in real estate as an agent/broker. Will this work experience be valid in MBA?
If yes,then what documents should I have to submit in college as a proof of experience.

All IIM's do not count work experience. In IIM-B, relevant work experience is also given weightage. You experience can only be understood better in relation to your work profile. In your interview, you shall be asked questions in relation to your job, but if you could not answer it clearly then it c

No. To get admission for MBA in any college, there is no need for any work experience. You can provide your company certificates if they ask for documents.
