I have accomplished my higher secondary education from nwad board USA in commerce in 2016. Would I be able to take admission in B.Tech curs.

Hello,
I am afraid what you are interested in is not feasible. In India, the eligibility criteria for engineering is class 12th with physics, chemistry, and maths. Best wishes to you for some other course.
