I have Achieved AIR-11 in LPU-NEST held on 24th April. I have applied in LPU-NEST for Study Grant for IIT/NIT's. Will I get Study Grant.

If 10 candidates are accepted for awards then sorry you will not be able to receive the award as it is only for top 10 students. But if someone refuses or doesn't go to IIT or NIT, then you will be offered the study grant.

This scholarship scheme to benefit any deserving candidate from across the country who needs financial support for getting higher education in the academic term 2021-22. Any deserving candidate who Qualifies LPU NEST exam can get a study grant of Rs.1 Lac for study education institutions like IITs/ NITs/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs or can get admission to LPU programmes and avail scholarship of upto Rs.6 Lac. Steps to avail 1. Register for LPU NEST 2021. 2. Complete all the process, and appear for LPU NEST. ( Qualifying LPU NEST is mandatory). 3. The candidate has to take admission in any of the select institute (as mentioned on LPU website). 4. Login at the LPU NEST portal with your registered email/phone number and password. 5. Click on Study Grant claim tab, which will be visible in the first week of August 2021. 6. Enter your details, name of institute where you got admission, select the course, and select the document name which you are submitting as the proof of admission. Documents: - 1. Admission/Offer Letter 2. Registration No. 3. Fee Receipts 4. Bonafide Certificate 5. Students Aadhar Card 6. Score card of Entrance Test (on the basis of which admission was done). 7. Upload the scanned copy of proofs you have selected. 8. Submit the details. The details and proofs submitted by the candidate will be cross checked and after the verification, the merit list will be declared as per the institutes and the candidate can check their status of selection at the LPU NEST portal, under the Study Grant Application status tab. The merit list of candidates, who will be eligible for applying LPU NEST Study grant, will be released after the conduct of all schedules (Separate ranks will be provided for the same.

Dear, getting LPU-NEST grant is not so easy. You should be in top 5 to top 10 scorer in LPU-NEST.
