I have admitted to Seneca college, Conestoga college and Durham college. Which one is the best?

My area of interests are Computer programming and Web development. So I have applied to these colleges accordingly. If I have to choose between any one of the three colleges taking all factors into consideration for an international student, which one should I accept? Many thanks in advance!
