Hi, Yes, you are eligible for ICWA. You can take direct admission at intermediate level.

Hi, I have done MBA on 2010 and I have been working outside of India. So, is it possible to study ICWA from over sea?

Yes, you can directly register for intermediate course of CMA with your graduation and if not, you should have to clear an entrance test. All the best!
