I have already studied a normal degree with backlogs. Am I eligible for an open degree?

You can't get a degree if you have any backlogs. You must clear all your subject exams within the time frame set by the university. If you have a backlog, your degree will be delayed for a year and you'll only be able to receive it with the next batch.Universities give students seven years to complete their graduation degree.
