    Hi,
After completing 12th from commerce background, you may pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
    BBA.
    BBM.
    B.Com, and many more courses.
Besides the courses mentioned above you may also pursue some of the below mentioned courses:
    BHM (Hotel Management)
    Mass Communication,many more courses.
All the courses mentioned above are good to pursue, and all these offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.

i know all the confusion you must be going through now.
what you need to do is self analysis. here is how you should do it:
    1. list 5 best things you like (like eating, video games, dont consider about career or job)
    2. list 5 best things you are good at (ur talent)
    3. list 5 qualities abt yourself (this u can ask ur friend to do it for u)
    4. now you can match ur lists are think of what can you do best if you mix all those qualities and talent.
eg you love to eat, you are good at cooking, your friends think you r a good cook. thats your clue.
salary is not important. you should always love what you do. :)
    good luck :)

    dear friend,
there is not need to worry about career if you are loyal, honest to yourself and hardworking, having good communication in order to tackle the various issues.
    second thing
just identify ur strong points, drawbacks and what u can do for ur self.
once you get the answers you can find ur destination
