I have an aspiration to study in Germany but couldn't do it due to my high backlogs in B.Tech. I am going to complete my MBA next year.

I have an aspiration to study in Germany but couldn't do it due to my high backlogs in b.tech. I am going to complete my MBA next year from a premier institute with a Cgpa of 6.5 without any history of backlogs. Will the BTech backlog history still be looked at if I am applying for a masters degree.
