i have an IELTS score of 5.5. i want to apply for post graduate study in power systems.

i am actually graduated in the department of Electrical and electronics in 2009.i took an IELTS exam one year ago,but i didn't score well for what i expect ,i got 5.5 overall band.but now i want to apply for post graduates that requires 5.5 IELTS in the decipline of power systems in newzealand.
