i have an ielts score of 6 out of 10, with listening-5.5 reading-6, writing-6,speaking-6.5, will i get admission in germany for 2013

i have an academics of 72% in bachelors of mechanical engineering in india. And a gre score of 299...please let me know if i have a chance of getting a seat in germany for march 2013. thanks in advance
