I have an incomplete Masters degree in IT from Mumbai university. Its been 5 years now. Can I get admission again in M.Sc. IT?

I started Msc IT in 2015 but i couldn't complete it since my grandmother fell terminally ill.I never withdrew my admission from college so all subjects went in backlogs.Now if i clear exams it will show as backlogs cleared in 5 years.I want to take admission again and appear as regular student.
