I have an interest in B.Sc IT & B.Tech IT. I am confused for these two courses. Which course should I choose?

A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, (B.Sc IT), is a Bachelor's degree awarded for the completion of an undergraduate course or program in information technology. A Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree program typically lasts three to four years. This degree is primarily focused on subjects such as software, databases, and networking. In general, computer science degrees tend to focus on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing rather than emphasizing specific technologies. In the job market B.Tech qualification carries more value. You can expect better job prospects as well higher salary after B.Tech. But it is important you select the specialization based on your career aspiration. For e.g. If you are interested in Botany then joining in an engineering stream is not the right decision. You should, in that case, pursue B.Sc too for better career prospects. Regards.
