Education Background: B.Tech ECE: 71%, Work Experience in Telecom Industry: 2.6 years. I have to take a complete loan for funding even for living expenses. I want all the possible ways to reduce my burden of money.

Go for it. You must give GMAT GRE IELTS most colleges in US and Canada look for work experience, so you must have that criteria fulfilled.
