    Hello,
This is great that you have options in hand. Now to choose a specific company becomes complex sometimes. There are number of factors that make a company great place to work for. Apart from all the obvious variables like pay package there are a lot of things that needs to be taken care of. One is profile and growth. The kind of work you will be doing has a lot to do with your growth.
So, just don't take decision based on initial pay, explore more on growth and experience you'll get. Other things to be taken care are exposure, agility of the company, your working schedule, company people and culture, life balance etc. Ask your frie

To decide which company to join- Look for the offer they are offering. Depending on your skill set compare the roles offered by the two companies. While comparing the roles, look for the one with good future opportunities. Technologies like Big Data, R/Python, UNIX-Shell Scripting, Android are some the growing technological areas where opportunities are immense. Firstly, compare the job role offered by the two companies. Compare the fixed and variable components being offered, the kind of bonuses being offered. Look for the growth perspective - it is very important to understand from the hiring managers about your prospective growth curve in the next few years with an assumption of an average performance. It is very important to understand the culture of the organization before stepping in. May be it is because of the strict policies that you just cant withstand. Does your job offer flexible work timings? If you are a back-end developer and have to code, timing shouldn't matter for you, right?

Choosing between two offers is actually very tough, because every offer seems to be an achievement and you know that you want to start your career badly.
