I have an overall 6 band score but in speaking, I scored 5.5. Can I apply for study visa in Australia?

Hi Vidhi,
You can apply if you have been offered admission by a university. You must not only see IELTS but also if you have MET other admission requirements of the university. Your IELTS score is good for UG course. If you have the admission offer then you can apply for the visa not before it.
